Karen Jo Fairbrook

Bio
By daylight, Karen Jo teaches in the Theatre Arts Department at Bellevue College and moonlights as a dialect and audition coach for actors of all ages.
Recently seen in Wooden O's park production of "The Taming of the Shrew" as Mama Baptista, Karen Jo last appeared at The Schmee in "So Many Words" and in "Mamet, Schmamet!" Favorite roles include: "Penny in You Can't Take It With You", Daisy in "Daisy and the Dreamtime", Kate in "Old Times", The Narrator in "Kentucky Ghosts", Sally in "Lips Together, Teeth Apart", and several characters in the wonderful 14/48 World's Quickest Theater Festival plays. She loves to take part in the creation of great theater in many capacities having directed, produced, run lights and sound, helped build sets and worked box office.
